This is carried out using either pedestrian machines or a compact tractor.
Formal grass areas cut with a rotary mower with rear roller to give striped effect - all grass cuttings are collected.

Hedge Cutting

All hedges will be cut during growing season using mechanical hedge trimmer or hand shears. All hedge trimming to be raked or swept up.

All beds and shrubberies will be kept as weed free as is practicable throughout the year.
All beds to be edged during the year.

Pruning

All shrubs & roses to be pruned at the appropriate time of year.

Litter will be collected from general area at each visit.
Hard areas will be treated with a non-selective herbicide as necessary, unless otherwise requested.
Leaves will be cleared from all areas during maintenance visits in the Autumn.
